Retrospect to last night's drop:

Lots of things went wrong. But lots of things went right. Over 300 of you were able to successfully place an order though I know there was some struggles in getting those through. The preorder drop successfully sold out.

The point of signing up for the membership to the site was so you could prefill your shipping address and payment information. Less than 5% of members did that.

Apple Pay rejections were not related to my site. As a new business who suddenly had hundreds of transactions per minute, my site was flagged as potentially fraudulent and canceled several people's orders. I will no longer be accepting Apple Pay as a result of this. I will still be accepting PayPal.

While I understand the frustrations this posed, I have spent hours working with many of you to correct your orders and ensure everything is made right. Those who could not be professional or kind were blocked and removed from my site and my personal account. This entire business is ME. I have a friend who has recently started helping me but it's literally the smallest a small business can be. I also work full time at my regular job and I have a family that takes my time too. My goal was to bring my designs to life and share them with the fairy lamp and glass community. For those who have been supportive and understanding, I thank you.

There were a lot of lessons learned, especially in that I don't feel that the current shop host I have will work for my business needs so I will be looking for another platform to use in the future.
